Motherhood Yoga Training Course

Birthlight On Tour is coming to Okinawa, Japan

Tap into femininity and learn to support women through pregnancy birth and beyond with our 30 hour Yoga Alliance Continuing Education certification in Pregnancy Yoga, Birthing Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Baby Yoga.

This course teaches a philosophy of women’s yoga that starts from conception, and evolves through the stages of pregnancy, birth, continuing through postpartum. Asana and pranayama evolve and transform as the woman evolves on her journey, including her baby each step of the way! Taught by the inspiring Sally Lomas who shares from 25+ years of prenatal yoga experience and a true depth of wisdom.

Students will be certified to teach each aspect of Motherhood Yoga- to integrate these principles into an existing class or introduce a new class to their schedules. Tailored for yoga teachers, doulas and midwives, Birthlight On Tour is the perfect blend of theory, practice and teaching methods. The course offers a wide range of resources for creating flexible lesson plans and offering classes that are both professional and enjoyable.
